VP, Solution Strategy
John Baier is Vice President of Solution Strategy at AVEVA. He is part of the Portfolio organization at AVEVA which manages all products and solutions across the broad AVEVA industrial software portfolio. John and his team lead the AVEVA Lighthouse Early Adopter Program, working with the AVEVA ecosystem of customers and partners to optimize customer value using our latest products and related technologies. The goals of this program are to lay the foundation that empowers the connected industrial economy by helping customers achieve operational excellence and hit their sustainability targets.
John came to AVEVA through the acquisition of OSIsoft in 2021, serving at OSIsoft since 2009 and 20+ years at Rockwell Automation prior to that. He has held a variety of roles in software engineering, engineering management, product management, and software architecture. He is the inventor of over a dozen US Patents in plant floor information management and factory controls and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

Bry Dillon has been in the enterprise software industry for over 25 years, spanning roles in sales and business development from venture funded startups to Fortune 500 organizations. His experience includes supply chain management, unstructured data, and 14 years in industrial software at AVEVA. He led the PI Business in the Western US, covering a variety of customers from both traditional and emerging markets. Bry also led Global Business Development; focused on helping customers extend their PI Infrastructure to leverage the power of Cloud Technologies. In his current role as SVP, Partners and Commercial Strategy, Bry is responsible for AVEVA’s overall Partner strategy and the incubation of CONNECT, AVEVA's Industrial Platform.

Water and Wastewater Business Development Manager
Tiffany Gispanski is a Water & Wastewater Business Development Leader at Schneider Electric, a leader in digital transformation and sustainability solutions. She has held various roles in her tenure with Schneider, including Industrial Sales Executive in both Florida and California, and National Software Strategic Pursuits Leader for Water and Wastewater, where she led Schneider’s digital solution strategy. Tiffany has 15 years of experience providing comprehensive, strategic solutions to industrial, power, and water utility end users and their full ecosystem of value chain players. Prior to joining Schneider, she worked as an engineer for Siemens Energy, focusing on critical power infrastructure in the U.S., but often traveled internationally to collaborate and harmonize processes to capture efficiencies for the U.S. market. Tiffany holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and passionately advocates for water conservation and sustainability, reflecting her personal commitment to water and nature-related hobbies.
