Our discounted AVEVA room block at the Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge has now closed. We have worked with the hotel to secure a limited number of additional rooms at the discounted AVEVA rate; however, availability is extremely limited and cannot be guaranteed.

If you still require accommodations, please contact the hotel directly and identify yourself as an attendee of the AVEVA Pipeline Summit. The hotel will do its best to accommodate remaining requests at the discounted group rate, subject to availability.

Please do not contact Marriott Global Reservations, as they will not be able to access the AVEVA room block or discounted event rates.

If you plan to stay at the Lodge outside of the October 26-29 event dates, those additional nights must be booked directly through the hotel.

Conference Rates

The Kananaskis Mountain Lodge is a resort-style venue located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. As there are very limited alternative accommodations nearby, we strongly encourage attendees who still require a room to contact the hotel as soon as possible.

We are now sold out of Standard Rooms. Limited Premium Rooms remain available at the discounted AVEVA rate of $550/night plus taxes and fees.

Alberta Parks requires all vehicles stopping in Kananaskis Country, including those parked at the Kananaskis Lodge, to display a valid Kananaskis Conservation Pass. Revenue from the pass helps support conservation, maintenance, and visitor services throughout the region, ensuring Kananaskis remains protected and accessible for future generations.

How to Purchase a Pass:

Kananaskis Conservation Passes can be purchased online or in person at Kananaskis Visitor Information Centres. Cell service is limited in much of Kananaskis. If you plan to buy your pass online, it's recommended to purchase before entering Kananaskis country. If you're arriving via Highway 40 or the Trans-Canada Highway, you'll pass a visitor centre along the way, making it easy to stop and purchase a pass.

Your pass is linked directly to your vehicle's licence plate number(s). We recommend keeping a digital or printed copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. Because enforcement is conducted through licence plate recognition, there is no need to display a physical pass in your vehicle.

Please note that the Kananaskis Conservation Pass is different than the Parks Canada Pass which is used to enter Banff National Park. Attendees are only required to purchase the Kananaskis Conservation Pass unless they plan to enter into Banff National Park before or after the Summit.
