Please note that all attendees are responsible for securing their own accommodation. AVEVA has secured a block of rooms at discounted rates from the nights of October 26 - 29. 

Once registered for the event, your confirmation page and email will have a link to the lodge's reservation portal to secure your room(s).

Please note that the night of October 25 is not included in the conference rate (thus cannot be booked through the provided link in the confirmation page/email). If you plan to stay at the Lodge outside of the Oct 26-29 range, you need to book those nights through the general reservation page from the hotel.

The Kananaskis Mountain Lodge is a resort-style venue exquisitely located at the crux of the Rocky Mountains. However, this means there are no other hotels within proximity, which limits room availability in the area. To ensure you have a place to stay, please book your hotel immediately via the booking link on the event registration confirmation page.​
