The hotel is not included in the registration fees. However, we have secured discount rates for the nights of the conference (Oct 26-29). No. This year’s AVEVA Pipeline Summit introduces a more accessible and streamlined pricing model designed to support a broader delegate audience. While CF Vouchers will not be accepted for 2026 and are specifically designated for use at AVEVA World, delegate pricing has been significantly reduced from $1,750 to $750, with an early bird rate of $600 available until April 30. This approach reduces dependency on CF voucher allocations and ensures attendees receive strong value and a consistent, common path to participation.

We have secured enough rooms at the Kananaskis Lodge to accommodate the conference's capacity. If by any chance you prefer not to stay at the Kananaskis Lodge, there are lodging options in Canmore (40min away), as well as the Stoney Nakoda Casino (20min away).
Yes, a limited number of meeting rooms of different sizes are available. If you are interested in booking the meeting room, please contact your AVEVA representative and they can schedule the meeting and arrange the participants.
Unfortunately, AVEVA is not providing shuttle services to Canmore / Banff / Calgary.
