This Code of Conduct (Code hereafter) outlines the standards of behaviour expected of all attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and AVEVA employees at AVEVA Events. We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment that fosters collaboration, learning, and positive impact. This Code aligns with our core values: Aspiration, Trust, Impact, and Curiosity.
1. Core values

3. Unacceptable behaviour

Harassment: Any form of harassment, including but not limited to physical, sexual, verbal, or online harassment, is strictly prohibited.

Discrimination: Discriminatory behaviour based on any protected characteristic is unacceptable.

Disruptive Behaviour: Behaviour that disrupts the event, including but not limited to heckling, shouting, making excessive noise, or interfering with presentations, is prohibited.

Intoxication: Excessive alcohol consumption or the use of illegal drugs is not permitted.

Violence: Any form of violence or bullying is strictly prohibited

Unauthorized Recording: To respect the privacy of all attendees, refrain from recording or photographing any part of the event without explicit consent.
4. Reporting incidents
If you experience or observe any behaviour that violates this Code, please report it to a member of the AVEVA Events Team at the Registration Desk immediately. All reports will be taken seriously and treated with the utmost confidentiality.
5. Consequences
Any behaviour that violates this Code will not be tolerated. Individuals found in breach of this Code may be subject to disciplinary action, which may include:

AVEVA Employees: Removal from the event (without compensation) or termination of employment, depending on the severity of the violation

For external attendees: Removal from the event (without compensation) and notification to their organization.

As a condition of your attendance and you participating in this event, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct and uphold the AVEVA values.
