Copenhagen Airport (CPH)
- By public transport: from the airport, take a direct Öresundståg train to Malmö Central Station (around 20–25 minutes). From Malmö Central, Clarion Hotel Malmö Live is just a 5-minute walk.
- By taxi: Official taxis are available 24/7 from Copenhagen Airport. The journey to Clarion Hotel Malmö Live takes approximately 30-40 minutes. We recommend using licensed operators such as DanTaxi or Taxa. A typical fare is DKK 900–1,100 (approximately SEK 1,350–1,650), including the Øresund Bridge crossing. Confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey.
Malmö Airport (MMX)
- By public transport: take the airport coach to Malmö Central Station (approximately 40 minutes). From Malmö Central, Clarion Hotel Malmö Live is just a 5-minute walk.
- By taxi: Taxis are available directly outside Malmö Airport (MMX). The journey to the Clarion Hotel Malmö Live takes approximately 25-30 minutes and typically costs SEK 450–550. We recommend using established operators such as Taxi Malmö, Taxi Kurir, or Airport Taxi Sweden, and confirming a fixed fare before departure.

For Local & Domestic Travellers

Travel by train to Malmö Central Station, which is served by regional and long-distance services from across Sweden. The venue is a short walk from the station.
Local buses operated by Skånetrafiken also stop near the city centre, with easy walking access to Malmö Live. Public transport tickets can be purchased via the Skånetrafiken app or at station ticket machines.

Malmö is a compact and walkable city, making it easy to explore on foot. Many hotels, restaurants, shops, and attractions are within walking distance of the city centre and Malmö Central Station. Malmö is also one of Sweden's most bicycle-friendly cities, with dedicated cycle paths and bike-sharing options available throughout the city.

Uber operates in Malmö, although availability may be limited. Licensed local taxi companies such as Taxi Malmö, Taxi Kurir, and Sverigetaxi are widely available and offer reliable services throughout the city and to/from both Malmö and Copenhagen airports. Taxi fares are not regulated in Sweden, so it is advisable to confirm the fare or request a fixed price before starting your journey.

AVEVA will be using AVEVA Alerts, a capability provided by AlertMedia, a critical communications platform, during the event. AVEVA Alerts is an opt-in service that will allow us to account for attendees and send important updates and alerts in the event of an emergency or other critical situation.

Alert Media will store your name, email address, and phone number (in US servers) to send you these communications (when necessary). This information will be deleted 24 hours after the event and it will never be used for any other purpose.
