All the activities during the AVEVA Intelligent Pipeline Summit will take place at the Lodge, including:
- Pre-conference Knowledge Sessions & Learning Labs (Nov 5)
- Welcome Reception (Nov 5)
- Keynote Presentations
- Customer Advisory Boards (CABs)
- Breakout sessions
- Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
- Evening Reception (Nov 7)
Hotel / Accommodation
Please note that all attendees are responsible for securing their own accommodation. AVEVA has secured a block of rooms at discounted rates from the nights of November 5, 6, 7 and 8.
Once registered for the event, your confirmation page and email will have a link to the lodge's reservation portal to secure your room(s).
Ple note that the night November 4 is not include in the conference rate (thus cannot be booked through the provided link in oyr confirmation page/email). If you plan to stay at the Lodge outside of the Nov 5-8 range, you need to book those nights through the general reservation page from the hotel.

Alternatively, we suggest the following activities:
- Day-trip to Banff - On Wednesday, Nov 6 we are providing transportation for companions to spend the day in the beautiful Banff. Email communication with more details will be sent closer to the date.
- Kananaskis Lodge's Nordic Spa - The Nordic Spa is one of the main features of the lodge. Why not enjoy a hydrotherapy session and/or a massage. Visit the Spa's website to see their offerings and to book a session (https://knordicspa.com/)
