The hotel is not included in the registration fees. However, we have secured discount rates for the nights of the conference (Nov Upon registering for the conference, your confirmation page/email will include a link to the Kananaskis Lodge's booking site.
There is a meeting room available for meetings with members of the AVEVA team. If you are interested in booking the meeting room, please contact your AVEVA representative and they can schedule the meeting and arrange the participants.
Unfortunately, AVEVA is not providing shuttle services to Canmore / Banff / Calgary, except the Banff-bound shuttle for the spouses/companions for the Banff Day-trip on Nov 6 (Day 1).

We have secured enough rooms at the Kananaskis Lodge to accommodate the conference's capacity. If by any chance you prefer not to stay at the Kananaskis Lodge, there are lodging options in Canmore (40min away), as well as the Stoney Nakoda Casino (20min away).
Yes. Spouses are welcome to attend both the Dinner and Evening Entertainment on Nov 7th (Day 2).
Yes! This is a great opportunity for a getaway with your spouse. We highly recommend take advantage of the beautiful Canadian Rockies and the Lodge's Nordic Spa and stay the weekend.
Please visit the Kananaskis Nordic Spa's website directly (knordicspa.com) to book any spa sessions. We recommend booking it for the mid-morning of Nov 7 (Day2), prior to the Dinner & Evening Entertainment.
