  • Two (2) complimentary conference passes for your staff (Valued at CAD $1,750 each)
  • Exhibit stand to showcase your product / solutions. The stand includes:
    • A pre-built structure with your graphics printed on it and a mount for a TV.
    • 6-ft table / counter with your logo
    • Two (2) Chairs.
  • Signage for Logo visibility and brand acknowledgment throughout the event (Before presentations, on signage / banners, etc.) and on email / social media communication post-event.
  • Opportunity to share one (1) piece of collateral in the post-event email communication
  • Access to the conference Matchmaking / Badge scanning tool

Payment Instructions

Payments may be made by wire transfer (you'll find the bank information in your invoice) or with the following credit cards: Visa or Mastercard (the system cannot process AMEX). All currency accepted for registration fees must be in Canadian Dollars.  Wire transfers will not be accepted after October 13, 2023 and all attendees must be paid in full to attend.
