Health -

  • Safety commitment: AVEVA cares about everyone’s wellbeing and aims to provide a safe and healthy environment for all attendees. Basic health and safety measures will be in place, and we encourage everyone to take sensible precautions and continue to follow good hygiene practices.​

  • Voluntary participation: We’re delighted to have you join us and want everyone to feel comfortable taking part. Please look after your health and participate in ways that feel right for you.​

  • Symptom protocol: If you start to feel unwell or develop symptoms of illness, please rest in your accommodation and let the Registration Desk know if you need any assistance.

Safety - 

  • Behaviour expectations: AVEVA aims to provide a diverse, harassment-free environment. Attendees are responsible for their behaviour, and AVEVA may limit or deny access for inappropriate or dangerous behaviour.​

  • AVEVA Alerts: Employees attending this event are required to download the International SOS Assistance App and the AlertMedia mobile app (for iPhone or for Android).​

  • Access control: Only authorized personnel allowed; attendees must wear event badges. Lost badges should be reported to the registration desk.​

  • Security patrols: Regular patrols by security officers, monitoring for suspicious activity and checking badges.​

  • Event security: Managed by the AVEVA security team, with hotel management taking over in case of a hotel safety incident.​

  • Emergency contacts: Report incidents at the Registration Desk. For any escalations, the Registration Desk will notify the AVEVA Event Security Lead.
