AVEVA ENABLE 2026 Americas is free to attend, however it is each attendee’s responsibility to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements. These are at the attendee's own expense.
Yes, you may cancel your registration or send a substitute attendee by emailing the AVEVA Enable Team.
Any substitution's must be requested by 12th August 2026, after this date, swaps will no longer be permitted.
It is each attendee's responsibility to make their own flight and transfer arrangements. These are at the attendees' own expense.
Hotel accommodation is not included in event registration. You must book accommodation on your own.
We have a limited number of rooms available for attendees at Loews Coral Gables Hotel, at a discounted rate. A link to book accommodation at this hotel will be provided once your registration has been confirmed.
Depending on your nationality, you may a visa or ESTA to enter the United States of America.
Ensure you apply for your visa/ESTA with plenty of time before travel to the United States of America.
