Lalit Pokharana is a Senior Solution Architect for the Process Automation in Manufacturing at B Braun Medical Inc, and is based-out in Houston, TX. Following his Master of Science in Data Analytics from Southern New Hampshire University, Lalit Pokharana obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electronic and Communications Engineering from Rajasthan University India in 2007. He has over 15 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, automation, and control, and he specializes in consulting with technical expertise in control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA), data historians, manufacturing execution systems (MES), and IoT sensors. Recently, he has been providing solution architect roles for Plant Historian, IIoT, alarm management applications, and SCADA & OPC systems. He also focuses on developing architectural best practices and working with internal customers on how they use real-time operational data platforms to transform their business, bridging the gap between operational technology and information technology.
