QAPCO, one of the largest petrochemical producers, faced major data inconsistencies across its plants due to decades of expansions, mergers, and multiple contractors. Engineering information existed in scattered systems and formats, making it difficult to access reliable, up-to-date data. To solve this, QAPCO, in collaboration with ITCAN Solutions, implemented an integrated digital asset solution and engineering digital twin powered by AVEVA technology across five plants unifying data, enabling visualization, improving collaboration, and strengthening management of change.
