Our presentation covers the greenfield deployment of AVEVA Unified Engineering (UE) for the $1.3 billion WHPA project in Libya. Facing an extremely tight timeline, we activated the fully on-cloud AVEVA UE environment in under 60 days (Dec 2024–Feb 2025). This rapid deployment was key, even managing the corporate transition from Kerry PM to KLN.

The UE solution enables seamless cross-border collaboration between Italy and our engineering partner in Kuala Lumpur, using AVEVA’s Singapore server as a single source of truth. We will detail how tailoring the solution ensured operational excellence and maximized economic ROI.

This case is a prime example of rapid digitalization, global consortium management, and cloud potential on a critical energy project. We look forward to sharing our successful methodology.
