Norsk Kylling aimed to build the world’s most sustainable poultry value chain. The challenge was to integrate operations across farming, hatchery, and processing while meeting strict standards for animal welfare, food safety, and climate impact. Using AVEVA System Platform, AVEVA MES, and Model-Driven MES, they created a unified control and data environment. This enabled real-time monitoring, traceability, and optimization across the value chain. The result is a facility powered by 100% renewable energy, with 88% emission reduction and ECC-certified animal welfare.
