Let me introduce Ulf Jensen, who lives in mid of Norway. He has been working in the food industry for nearly a generation - 25 years - and has experience with everything from salmon and chicken to krill from Antarctica. Throughout his career, the development of technical solutions has been at the top of his agenda.
Ulf has visited 42 countries during his career, held roles as an engineer and project engineer, and for the past 12 years has served as Technical Director. He brings with him extensive international experience and strong professional expertise.
