On June 14th we came together in Oslo with the PI System and AVEVA community.
We presented how AVEVA and OSIsoft have come together to help customers progress digital transformation in their industrial operations. For those familiar with or brand new to the PI System and AVEVA portfolio, this was an enriching.
AVEVA World Conference Norway gave us the opportunity to show how our growing range of technologies can help transform your business for sustainable success. The best thing is that cloud, mobile and IIoT technologies are most effective when they augment your existing systems. From design, engineering and construction through to asset performance and real-time manufacturing operations management, all underpinned with better information management – our products and solutions span the entire asset and operational lifecycle.
This is a working draft subject to change and will be updated continously in the lead up to the event.

Keynote: Discover digital insights for sustainable innovation
Martin Levionnois - AVEVA
Leading organizations are increasingly redefining their business goals in a more sustainable context. The past few years have shown us the importance of digitization for business continuity, and how modernization is providing a pathway for redefining a more optimal and energy efficient future. For industries, the need to drive investment and improve digitization has never been more urgent. Without sustained investment in innovation, our society will not effectively meet the sustainability goals needed for our better future, for our companies and for the planet. This is our challenge – and our opportunity. We can’t wait to help our customers shape this sustainable future.

Data-led innovation & energy transition
Russell Herbert - AVEVA
The technical and economic challenges faced by the energy transition are massive, so making the most of all the very latest improvements in cloud technology, computing power and artificial intelligence is going to be critical to those organisations looking to make the biggest impact in years to come.
In this presentation Russell Herbert will introduce some of the latest developments within AVEVA and demonstrate how their exciting new ‘Intelligent Operations’ strategies, which focus on data, applications and analytics together and in a cohesive way, truly has the potential to fully realize the industries' ambitions for advanced operations in support of a sustainable future.
|10:30 AM - 11:00 AM|
Information Management in support of the full lifecycle digital twin
Steve Parvin - AVEVA
Taking the ideas introduced by Russell even further Steve Parvin will discuss the very latest thinking and developments in the world of AVEVA Engineering Information Management and explain how the integration of operational data from the PI System can bring significant value and take us much closer to fully realising the industries goal of a full lifecycle digital twin.
Steve will share the latest capabilities, roadmaps, and customer successes for AVEVA's Project Execution and Information Management solutions and demonstrate how they can leverage shared data and integrated workflows to enable low-risk, on-time and on-budget capital projects.

Customer Presentation- Aker Carbon Capture
AVEVA is working closely with Aker Carbon Capture to mitigate the carbon dioxide emissions of industrial operations and accelerate the transition to net zero. Aker Carbon Capture designs and builds facilities for companies in carbon-intensive industries, such as Cement, Bio/Waste-to-Energy, Gas-to-Power and Blue Hydrogen. AVEVA’s Unified Engineering in the cloud helps Aker Carbon Capture create efficient and replicable designs for carbon capture units, and AVEVA’s cloud-based software allows teams to collaborate across time zones, resulting in an increase in operational efficiency and time to market by over 50%.

Unified Operations Centre & Enterprise Visualization
The Unified Operations Center is a central hub that transforms the control room into a collaborative workspace. Functional silos are broken down by contextualizing operational and business data to enable teams to make better decisions based on accurate, real-time information. AVEVA is the first to provide a single solution that integrates IT and OT (Operational Technology) applications in a central hub, enhanced by industry-specific customizations.
