The Westin Houston, Memorial City is a modern, upscale hotel located in Houston’s Energy Corridor, offering onsite guestrooms and close proximity to a variety of restaurants and hotels. Its unique qualities include updated, bright event spaces across a two-floor layout, easy access, and parking.


All attendees are responsible for securing their own accommodation.


AVEVA is pleased to offer a block of rooms at discounted rates - at The Westin Houston, Memorial City - from August 17 - 20, 2026. 

After registering for the event, your confirmation page and email will include a link to the hotel's portal to secure your room(s). Please note that the discounted rates cannot apply for dates outside of Aug. 17 through Aug 20.  For booking dates outside that range, those dates will need to be booked through the general hotel reservation page.

AVEVA Day Energy and EPC discounted rates are only available when reservations are made through the event’s official booking portal. You will receive a link to this portal in your registration confirmation.

Parking/Valet

On-site valet parking and self-parking are available at a 50% discount for AVEVA Day Energy & EPC attendees. 


(We highly recommend using this option for ideal parking rate available)


Offsite parking is available at the Memorial City Mall located 0.3 miles away.

Transportation

Transportation to The Westin Houston Memorial City is by car.  Hotel is 29 miles from George Bush International Airport and 22 miles from William P Hobby Airport.  

Please note: Hotel does not offer shuttle service so please plan for Taxi, Ride Share or Car Rental if applicable.
