The ENABLE 2026 – AVEVA World 2027 Pass Giveaway Official Rules ("Promotion") is sponsored by AVEVA Group Limited ("Sponsor").

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on June 10 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on July 31, 2026. All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible.

Five (5) winners will be selected by random drawing and announced during the closing ceremony on Day 2 of ENABLE 2026.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to eligible AVEVA partners who meet all of the following requirements:

  • Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Certified and Member level System Integrators (SIs), Value Added Resellers (VARs), and Solution & Services Partners (SSPs) attending ENABLE 2026.
  • Endorsed System Integrators (ESIs) located in Latin America (LATAM) only.
  • Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
  • Participants must complete their ENABLE 2026 registration.
  • Participants must submit the AVEVA World 2027 Pass Giveaway Interest Form by July 31, 2026.
  • Participants must be present at the ENABLE 2026 closing ceremony on Day 2 to be eligible to win.
  • Submission of an interest registration form does not guarantee eligibility or receipt of a prize. Eligibility will be verified by AVEVA prior to the random drawing.

The following individuals and organizations are not eligible to participate:

  • Distributors
  • AVEVA employees, contractors, temporary workers, interns, and employees of AVEVA subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, or any parties directly involved in administering this Promotion
  • Immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of the individuals listed above

This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry into the random drawing, eligible participants must:

  1. Register for ENABLE 2026.
  2. Complete the ENABLE 2026 – AVEVA World 2027 Pass Giveaway Official Rules before the registration deadline.
  3. Attend ENABLE 2026.
  4. Be present during the closing ceremony on Day 2 when winners are announced.

Limit one (1) entry per eligible participant.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Prize

Five (5) winners will each receive:

  • One (1) complimentary registration pass to AVEVA World 2027, taking place May 18–20, 2027, in Nashville, Tennessee.

The prize includes conference registration only.

The prize does not include:

  • Airfare
  • Hotel accommodations
  • Ground transportation
  • Meals
  • Parking
  • Incidental expenses
  • Visa or travel documentation
  • Any other costs associated with attending AVEVA World 2027

Winners are solely responsible for arranging and paying for all travel and related expenses.

Complimentary AVEVA World 2027 passes:

  • Are non-transferable.
  • May only be redeemed by the selected winner.
  • Have no cash value.
  • May not be redeemed, exchanged, sold, assigned, or substituted for cash, credit, or any other monetary compensation.

No substitutions will be permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

Winner Selection

Five (5) winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Winners will be announced during the ENABLE 2026 closing ceremony.

Participants must be present at the time of the drawing to claim their prize.

If a selected winner is not present, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

All decisions made by the Sponsor regarding eligibility, winner selection, and administration of the Promotion are final.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Winner Notification

Winners will be announced during the ENABLE 2026 closing ceremony.

Following verification of eligibility, winners will receive instructions for redeeming their complimentary AVEVA World 2027 conference registration pass.

General Conditions

By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and to disqualify any participant who provides false information or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor further reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, force majeure, or any other circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper administration of the Promotion.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, or corrupted entries.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, company name, likeness, photograph, and/or statements for promotional purposes related to this Promotion without additional compensation or notice.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be processed in accordance with the AVEVA Privacy Policy.

Limitations of Liability

By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
