Registration closes on 13th August 2026, or sooner if the event reaches full capacity.
This is an in-person event in Goa, India.
AVEVA SI Partner Conference India 2026 is free to attend, however it is each attendee’s responsibility to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements. These are at the attendee's own expense.
Yes, you may cancel your registration or send a substitute attendee by emailing the Commercial Enablement Team.
Any substitution's must be requested by 13th August 2026, after this date, swaps will no longer be permitted.
It is each attendee's responsibility to make their own flight and transfer arrangements. These are at the attendees' own expense.
Hotel accommodation is not included in event registration. You must book accommodation on your own.
Depending on your nationality, you may require a visa to enter India - please visit The Government of India Visa Website for further information.
The dress code for this event is business/smart casual attire. Kindly follow the below guidelines when attending sessions, meetings, and networking events:

If you listed your food allergies when you registered, the Commercial Enablement Team will have passed these on to the venue catering team. It is your responsibility throughout the event to check food labels and ask the banquet staff if the food contains ingredients to which you are allergic.
