Explore the 2027–2028 direction for pipeline monitoring, hydraulic modelling, and real-time simulation across gas and liquids operations. This interactive session will review recent progress and proposed enhancements involving data relay, transmix prediction, thermodynamic calculations, leak and performance monitoring, and integration with operational applications. We will also discuss the evolving role of real-time transient models, look-ahead simulation, and analytics in helping controllers anticipate constraints, investigate abnormal conditions, improve throughput, and manage product quality. Customer input is requested on where embedded calculation capabilities are sufficient, where advanced analytics can add meaningful value, and how models and results should be presented within operational workflows. Feedback will help prioritize model fidelity, usability, configuration, integration, and support for emerging pipeline operating scenarios.
