Abstract:

This Enterprise SCADA HMI Customer Advisory Board session provides a roadmap-focused update and an interactive forum to validate priorities with customer feedback. We’ll start with a brief recap of recent changes (Binary Formatter removal and Dynamic Trend Resolution adoption), then preview the HMI 2027 roadmap aimed at closing CRM object gaps and reducing upgrade friction from legacy displays. Planned items for discussion include parameterized SQL support, two-click alarm acknowledgement to minimize wrong-alarm acknowledgement risk, and a scheduled Continuous Sync utility to keep Backup Control Center (BCC) workstations current. To close, we’ll share our modernization direction by showing a primitive but end-to-end PoC that publishes ezXOS display content to CONNECT. We are also looking for your input on the highest-value capabilities, the primary user personas, and what you consider the minimum viable (and acceptable) first release.
