Russel has over 30 year experience in pipeline SCADA and control room operations. Beginning in 2007, with the advent of PHMSA's Control Room Management rule, Russel became the chief architect of a POEMS (Pipeline Operations Excellence Management System) and its control room management tools. Russel is also well known as the Host of the Pipeliners Podcast. As President of EnerSys, Russel is committed to delivering the highest value to pipeline operators by addressing their greatest needs and concerns, especially operational efficiency, safety and government regulation.
