Karrisa is currently the Manager of Operations Control for the Refined Products and Crude Operations Control Center at ONEOK. She has over 16 years of experience in both SCADA and the Control Room. In her last two years as Manager, she has successfully lead her team, breaking organizational records in the reduction of human errors during a growth period that has increased the number consoles. She is continuously looking for technology and process improvements within the Control Room and SCADA that will help her team succeed.
