Prabhas Bhat is the Director of Operations Technology at Plains Pipeline. He is responsible for the Leak Detection, GIS, CMMS and Operational Data Analytics efforts at Plains. He has 18+ years of work experience in pipeline simulation and leak detection. Mr. Bhat serves on the American Petroleum Institute’s (API) cybernetics committee and API Pipeline Excellence Team’s (PET) leak detection subcommittee. He also serves on the Pipeline Research Council International (PRCI) Surveillance Operations and Monitoring committee.
