Henry Alexander La Vigne is a Senior IT Engineer for East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD), located in Oakland, California. He is a part of the IT team that pairs with the SCADA and DCS engineers that maintain the servers, workstations, routers, and security equipment to manage and secure the Industrial control system environment. Henry is veteran of the USMC and a graduate of San Francisco State University with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a master’s degree from JFK University in Business Administration. Beginning with new directives from the company management, he has been working with other system administrators on the ics team to apply cyber security implementations to secure the ics environment.
