This presentation will detail Plains' approach of combining different types of CPM systems into a common user experience for the benefit of its controllers and reducing CPM down time. We will further talk about the improvements to our leak detection program, efficient use of resources and advanced use of KPIs that Plains were able to leverage using this approach.
