Bradley Shand is a Senior Technical Advisor - Advanced Operations Solutions within Water Corporation's Treatment and Resource Recovery business unit. While working as an operational engineer on used water treatment, he initiated Operations Intelligence as a single Excel spreadsheet. Under his guidance this project grew into a much acclaimed and widely adopted tool for the organisation. Bradley has worked in engineering roles across many of the metropolitan water resource recovery plants, as well as at the Beenyup Advanced Water Recovery Plant. He has now moved into a full-time Operational Data role.
