The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact people globally, especially with the identification of the Omicron variant, which has been identified by WHO as a Variant of Concern (VOC). The current COVID-19 protocols including social distancing levels in the USA, is largely determined by: the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC); the World Health Organisation (WHO); the Federal and individual State Governments.
As a company, we have a duty of care to all our attendees to ensure they can return home safely after the event. While we cannot guarantee there will not be local COVID transmission at the event, we have put in place event protocols that extend beyond the Federal, State and local regulations.
We ask all attendees to remain vigilant and continue to observe infection prevention guidelines.
- You are voluntarily participating in this seminar and are attending the Partner IGNITE event at your own risk. You understand that AVEVA has taken significant measures to reduce the exposure of COVID-19 but AVEVA cannot guarantee your safety or immunity from COVID-19 during this event.
- You understand that you will be denied entry to the Partner IGNITE event if you have not been fully vaccinated (according to the CDC guidelines) against COVID-19 and refuse to sign the Responsibility Statement during the registration process. You understand that vaccines differ by country.
- You understand that you will need to have a negative Rapid Antigen Test/Lateral Flow Test every morning before attending the daily events. You understand there may be spot checks and you may be asked to show your negative result.
- It is your responsibility to help make the event a safe place for all attendees. You will wear a mask when moving around and when in public spaces. You will comply with local social distancing guidelines advised for the Partner IGNITE event.
- In the event of an outbreak, you may be subject to contact tracing and COVID-19 testing that may be required by the relevant authorities.
- You understand that you play an important role in keeping the Partner IGNITE event participants safe and helping to stop the spread of COVID-19. If you display symptoms of COVID-19, you will return to your hotel room and follow the protocols outlined for the Partner IGNITE event.
- AVEVA is committed to providing a diverse and harassment-free event experience where all attendees have the right to a safe and welcoming environment. You understand that you are responsible for your behaviour. You understand that AVEVA may limit or deny access to the event if your are behaving in an inappropriate, disorderly, disrespectful or in a dangerous manner.
