Michelle Littleton leads the Organizational Change Management (OCM) function at LP, where she drives enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with a focus on strategic alignment, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence. With nearly two decades of experience in Human Resources and a deep understanding of manufacturing operations, Michelle brings a unique perspective to change leadership—balancing empathy with execution.
Her career began on the plant floor, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities of operational change. Today, she applies that experience to guide LP’s implementation of its manufacturing execution system (MAX), ensuring that change is not only adopted but sustained. Michelle’s approach centers on securing executive sponsorship early, fostering ownership among frontline employees, and applying agile methodologies to adapt quickly to evolving needs.
Michelle is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and a passionate advocate for inclusive, transparent communication. Her leadership has helped LP navigate complex transformations while maintaining a strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
