With 16 years in AVEVA, she works as a Solution Advisor for early adopters of new technology with focus on implementing intelligent data integration for industrial and enterprise environments. She designs and advises our global client base on the latest cutting-edge technology solutions that will add business value. Hege assists in evaluating and prioritizing client’s Use Cases to meet business requirements and architect technology solutions with the aim of solving an immediate business need. She leads Lighthouse projects for the CONNECT Industrial intelligence platform and utilizes generative and agentic AI in AVEVA’s broad portfolio. Hege is a certified situational awareness expert and implements digital twin initiatives, creates digital strategies and transformation roadmaps and assesses companies' digital maturity. Hege holds a Master of Engineering Administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute, a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering, and a Bachelor in International Finance.
