Michelle is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with over a decade of experience in the food and beverage industry. Throughout her career, she has held roles in production, continuous improvement, and leadership in manufacturing plants across the United States. As a leader in continuous improvement, Michelle played a key role in developing and deploying a unified CI strategy that spanned multiple businesses during a major acquisition. She now serves as an Offering Manager at InSource Solutions, where she continues to drive value through operational excellence and adoption.
