Holds a Master Degree in the field of Production Technology from University Joseph Fourier, Grenoble, France.  Career started as Head of department and Lecturer in the field of Automation and Maintenance for the IST (Institut Superieur de Technologie) in Mauritius. Part of my mandate were to, design training curricula for post secondary and continuous training, and 
create partnership program for project implementation in various local industries such as sugar, textile and manufacturing. Moved to Canada in 2002 and joined an SI in Montreal where my main responsibility was to design automated control architectures for end-line packaging systems in the food 
industry. Worked across Canada, United States and Mexico to install, commission and 
troubleshoot those automated systems.

Joined Schneider Electric in 2006 as a PAE for Drives and Motion and moved to the OEM Conversion Team a year later. Focus on Material Handling/ Material Working Segments, worked also on HVAC, Hoisting  & Pumping applications Leading and developing Ecostruxure Automation Expert based solutions since 2022
