IGNITE 2U for Partners: AVEVA IGNITE 2023

The livestreamed sessions will start at 08:00 CDT. Please join a few minutes earlier to check access. Note that you will join the live stream at the point at which the session is in real-time, and you cannot rewind the live stream. If you miss any sessions, you will be able to watch the recording on-demand.

If you decide on this option, we recommend you log into the Virtual Event Hub approximately 20 mins before the sessions start to ensure that everything is working fine. Nearer the time you will be sent the Virtual Event Hub login details and a technology checklist.

Please note: Livestreaming is one-way (ie: you will only be able to see and hear the presentation), but you will not be able to participate in the session.

Checklist:

Speed test
- We recommend you run a speed test
  application (HTML5 based, not Flash)
  to validate a general estimate of their bandwidth ahead of time
  (https://testmy.net/download).
- We will be streaming live in 1080P (1920x1080 resolution),
  therefore recommended minimum
  download bandwidth for attendees/
  viewers will be 7 Mbps.
- LiveStream player will allow attendees to choose alternate resolutions. For example, a 720P stream would require minimum bandwidth
  of 3 Mbps.

You will be able to access the on-demand recording for each session 24 hours after the Live Stream ie. for the 08:00 session on Tuesday 2 May you will be able to watch this on Wednesday 3 May from 08:00 CDT.

At your leisure

The recordings will be made available 24 hours after the live session but will be in the Virtual Event Hub until 26 May 2023.

For the on-demand replays, Vimeo player will allow you to choose from a selection of different playback resolutions (1080P, 720P, 540P, 360P).
