David Cain is the Senior Vice President of IT and CIO for CVR Energy, Inc., an energy company focused on petroleum refining, nitrogen fertilizer, and renewable fuels.

David directs IT strategy, covering cybersecurity, software applications, infrastructure, project delivery, and daily operations, crucial for the company’s technology strategy. He oversees all security aspects, including IT and Operations Technology.

David holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University, and is a certified Project Management Professional.
