Geronimo Chapa is an engineering technology leader with over 15 years of experience driving digital transformation and project delivery across the energy and chemical sectors. He currently leads Engineering Delivery Systems at Zachry Group, where he develops enterprise strategies that integrate CAD, engineering platforms, and digital delivery tools to improve execution and collaboration.

Throughout his career, Geronimo has held key leadership roles focused on optimizing engineering workflows and implementing intelligent design systems. He has led efforts to modernize engineering systems and improve coordination across global projects while managing discipline-specific engineering teams, all aimed at benefiting the entire EPC project lifecycle.

Geronimo holds an Associate’s degree in CAD/Drafting and Design Technology from Lee College, where he also served as an adjunct professor, mentoring future design professionals.
