AVEVA ENABLE 2025 - EMEA is free to attend, however it is each attendee’s responsibility to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
Yes, you may cancel your registration or send a substitute attendee by emailing commercial.enablement@aveva.com until 6th June 2025. After this date, swaps will no longer be permitted.
It is each attendee's responsibility to make their own flight and transfer arrangements. These are at the attendees' own expense.
Hotel accommodation is not included in event registration. You must book accommodation on your own.
We have a limited number of rooms for attendees at Hotel Palace Berlin, at a discounted rate. A link to book accommodation at this hotel will be provided once your registration has been confirmed.
Depending on your nationality, you may need a visa to enter Germany.

AVEVA ENABLE 2025 - EMEA will cover the costs of:
Outside of the Welcome reception there will be no evening meals provided by the event.
If you listed your food allergies when you registered, the AVEVA ENABLE Team will have passed these on to the venue catering team. It is your responsibility throughout the event to check food labels and ask the banquet staff if the food contains ingredients to which you are allergic.
