As Chief Commercial Officer, Sue leads and has overall responsibility for the Commercial organisation inclusive of Global Sales and Customer Success teams, focused on growing our business through acquiring new customers, helping current customers use more of our portfolio and assisting our customers with the adoption of our Software as a Service offerings.  

Sue has over 35 years’ experience in the industrial technology space and has extensive knowledge of our customers’ challenges. 

Sue started her career in industrial automation at Bailey Controls, now ABB, and after gaining expertise in industrial systems, she shifted her focus to sales. She first joined the company (then OSIsoft) in 2000 selling the PI system to customers in multiple end markets in the Eastern United States, later taking responsibility for the Northeast US sales team, expanding into Eastern Canada and ultimately taking on the VP North American Sales role. As Head of OSISoft’s largest region, Sue was instrumental in the acquisition of OSISoft by AVEVA in 2021. After joining AVEVA she was responsible for driving the sale of all operations products into the Americas, and later in 2021, she became Head of the Americas region.  

Sue is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a BSc in Chemical Engineering.
