Based on our long-standing experience with the PI System, we developed several operational analytics technologies to be used in our projects, enhancing the power of the PI System. The successful results led us to a second phase, making these technologies available for others.

SCAN is an analytics platform that leverages the PI infrastructure with a broad offering of open AI and ML technologies. SCAN solves all integration issues with the PI System as well as the development and automation of the AI&ML models. Our unique services model, teaming with client SME’s and data scientists, speeds up and assures the expected results.

The SEP is an asset-reliability system. Down time and delay events are processed to generate a rich set of availability and utilization KPIs using configurable Time Models and systemic modelling of the assets. The results can be viewed in the powerful SEP reliability portal, as well as in external analytics tools from SEP-DW.
