Dr. Omar F. Ali is the Global Industry Principal for Pulp, Paper and Forest Products (PPFP) at AVEVA. Omar graduated from McGill University in Montreal, Canada with BEng, MEng and Ph.D degrees all in Chemical Engineering. He has over 40 years’ experience in the PPFP industry which includes many years of manufacturing, operational, research and developmental experiences. Omar’s focus and passion at AVEVA is to continue driving digital transformation in the PPFP industry utilizing AVEVA’s product solution portfolio.
