"Sashi Gunturu is the CEO of Petrabytes Corporation, a Texas based Company with
operations in Houston and Bangalore India. Petrabytes helps energy companies
optimize drilling and production operations and minimize pipeline failure risks using
cloud based Data and AI solutions leveraging Aveva Data Hub. Prior to Petrabytes Corp, Sashi worked as an independent project consultant with Reservoir Technology Group at Baker Hughes and
in different roles in Enterprise Software Development and Research and Development
with Geomechanics International, USA. Sashi has architecture 8 different software
products over 20 years. Sashi has 3 US Patents.
Sashi received his MS in Petroleum Engineering in 1999 and MS in Computer Science
in 2001 from University of Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA and Bachelor of Technology in
Chemical Engineering in 1997 from Andhra University, India. Sashi is a member of
AAPG, Rice Alliance for Technology and Entrepreneurship, Open Houston, and TiE
Houston chapter, Society of High Performance Computing SHPC, Houston. Sashi is
also part of core team leading the effort in Open Source Edge Computing for Energy
Applications."
