Lourenço Teodoro has 20+ years of experience in Software for Industrial Automation. He started his career as a PLC Programmer, creating software to monitor and control water and wastewater plants. Later he moved into different industries, such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical, textile, building automation, food and beverage, and automotive. He joined AVEVA from the acquisition of Indusoft, where he was the VP of Engineering. He has worked in nearly all major cloud offerings from AVEVA, including Simulation, Operator Training, Asset Information Management, Integration Studio, AVEVA Visualization, and more recently AVEVA Data Hub. He is currently a Chief Technologist for AVEVA Industrial Platform. Lourenço Teodoro enjoys his free time playing soccer, rollerblading, and skiing with his 9 years old daughter.
