She has been working at Vale for 23 years, in the Operational Technology Business Solutions department, as a technology analyst.

Luciane has experience in the automation area, where she worked for 20 years as the responsible for the PI System of one of the company's divisions. Three years ago she became part of the Technology department and is part of the Project implementation team and was ahead of the REdiscover PIMS (Global PI System Implementation) leading one of the implementation SQUAD, being responsible for the PI System
