Naveen has 35+ years of experience in the Refining and Petrochemicals Industry and currently leads AVEVA’s Chemical Industry Segment globally.

Naveen started his career as a process design engineer to develop basic design of petrochemical and utility complexes. He then moved into developing linear programming models to support refinery and petrochemical complex margin maximization. Naveen relocated to Singapore in 2007 to lead KBC’s planning services business and worked with several clients in the region to improve their planning models/planning processes resulting in optimal crude selection and improved profitability.
