Sanofi integrated AVEVA™ PI System™ with Quartic.ai in a legacy facility as part of a reliability-centered maintenance strategy to improve equipment performance, maintenance workflows, and optimize maintenance spend. Manual assessments, workflows and investigations were replaced with automated ML-based solutions, so users from different teams could monitor critical failure modes from equipment across the site. Sanofi aimed to integrate AVEVA PI System with its CMMS, ERP, and ad-hoc IIoT to digitize engineering and process monitoring efforts too.
