As a company, we are committed to ensuring all of our attendees return home safely after the event. While we cannot guarantee there will not be local COVID transmission at the event, we have put in place event protocols that extend beyond the local regulations.

We ask all attendees to remain vigilant and continue to observe infection prevention guidelines.

You are voluntarily participating in this conference and are attending the AVEVA World event at your own risk. AVEVA cannot guarantee your safety or immunity from COVID-19 during this event.
AVEVA is committed to providing a diverse and harassment-free event experience. All attendees have the right to a safe and welcoming environment. You understand that you are responsible for your behavior.
You understand that AVEVA may limit or deny access to the event if you are behaving in an inappropriate, disorderly, disrespectful, or dangerous manner.

As of April 1, 2022 the following regulations are in place regarding Mega-Events held in San Francisco.

Vaccination & Testing Requirements
Proof of Vaccination or Negative Testing is a Strong Recommendation Rather than a Requirement for Indoor Mega-Events. Aligning with the change in State rules, the Order lifts the requirement to mandate proof of vaccination for patrons and staff as a condition to entry into an indoor mega-event (i.e., an event with 1,000 or more people attending).
Masking Requirements
In light of the high percentage of San Franciscans who are vaccinated and boosted, as well as the public health awareness acquired over the past two years, the Health Officer is transitioning the recommended wearing of face coverings from a strong recommendation that everyone – regardless of vaccination status - wear a mask while indoors with others, to an individual risk-centered approach. The Health Officer now recommends that individuals wear a well-fitted mask in indoor public settings based on three factors: (1) your own risk tolerance; (2) the overall level of community transmission, such as when future variants occur; and (3) whether you or someone with whom you work or live is at risk of severe disease.

AVEVA has taken added safety measures to enhance the street conditions on the exterior of Moscone West Center to offer a more welcoming environment for you and everyone affiliated with your event. Police officers have been hired to patrol the area around Moscone Center:

Market St. to Howard St.
Market St. to Eddy St.
Marriott to the Moscone West Junction
5th St. to New Montgomery St.

In addition, the AVEVA global events team will have direct contact with a security consultant for constant safety communications throughout the week of AVEVA World.

Shuttle buses will circulate regularly between the Hilton SF Union Square and Moscone West Center.
Access control: Only authorized personnel will be allowed to enter the event venue. All attendees must wear event badges when in event areas, and identification will be checked at all entrances by event staff.
Security patrols: Our security officers will conduct regular patrols of Moscone West, looking for any suspicious activity or potential threats. They will also monitor attendees' badges upon entry.
CCTV surveillance: The event venue will be equipped with CCTV cameras to monitor the event and respond to any incidents.
