Since 2016, he’s lead McDermott’s programs focused on adapting Asset Lifecycle Management to the world of capital projects and he also leads McDermott’s Digital & Information Systems Management team. The team provides global management of information systems and on projects and also has an innovation arm that is focused on delivering business value and project execution certainty through rapid development, testing of digital solutions and digitally enabled processes.
