Hideaki Tanaka received the B.E. and M.E. degree in Chemical Engineering from Tokyo University in 1989 and 1991, respectively, and received MBA degree from Amos Tuck School of Business in 1999. He joined Toa Nenryo Kogyo in 1991 and is currently Executive Officer, General Manager, Mechanical Engineering Department in ENEOS Corporation. His responsibility includes introduction of digital technology to improve facility reliability and operational efficiency in the oil refineries.
