Lauren Vahle leads the Smart Factory program for Cargill’s Global Edible Oils Solutions (GEOS). She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and has more than 10 years of experience leading teams in the food industry. Throughout her career, Lauren has led numerous projects to drive safety, quality and productivity performance across multiple departments and sites, with a focus on implementing lean manufacturing techniques and OT solutions.
