Kenneth Labhart is the North American Innovation & Smart Factory Director, for Supply Chain Performance. In this role, he supports implementation of Smart Factory initiatives throughout Schneider Electric’s North American facilities. EcoStruxure is a major component of these initiatives, as well as Proof-Of-Concept verification of emerging technologies in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, and IIoT.

Kenneth joined Schneider Electric as an Engineering Supervisor, for the Lexington, KY facility, in 2000. He spent 15 years in the facility in various roles, including 9 years as Manufacturing Engineering Manager. During this time, he led a talented team that automated multiple processes within the facility, including robotic machine tending, electro-static painting, RFID based material handling, and vision based inspection.

Prior to joining Schneider Electric, he spent 7 years with General Motors in Saginaw, MI. During this time, Kenneth led a team of engineers in the specification, design, and support of major automation projects in a facility that produced over 7M brake corner module assemblies annually.
Mr. Labhart holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, in Terre Haute, Indiana.
