Joe has been the Group Director of Engineering for Worley since early 2019 and prior to this held the role of APAC Project Delivery Director. In his current role, Joe is responsible for the engineering vision and strategy for the company. Joe is the business process owner for how engineering is delivered by Worley, he functionally owns the engineering toolset, he manages the engineering networks that inform and connect people and he drives initiatives that will deliver the strategy. The digitalization of engineering is an example of one of the initiatives Joe is currently driving.

Joe has been with Worley since 1993 and started as a civil/structural graduate. He has worked at all levels of engineering throughout his career across energy, resources and chemicals projects. Joe has experience as a project manager and also held operations leadership roles.
